Food, Reprogrammed: Cell Agriculture & the New Era of Biomanufacturing

This two-part virtual series examines how cell agriculture and biomanufacturing are transforming food production. The first session explores the expanding world of cell agriculture and food biomanufacturing, from cultivated meat and seafood to fermentation-derived proteins and novel ingredients, covering scientific advances in cell lines, bioprocessing, and biological platforms.

The second session shifts focus to commercialization: the infrastructure, equipment, partnerships, capital, regulatory pathways, and manufacturing strategies needed to move food biotech from R&D through pilot production to market.

The series is aimed at entrepreneurs, scientists, manufacturers, investors, and industry leaders working to scale food biotechnology innovations across Switzerland, the US, and globally.
