Advantages of co-working
Co-working and flexible workplace strategies can make a significant contribution to the success of a company. Many well-trained employees no longer want to work in traditional individual or open-plan office concepts. Already 83% of all Swiss companies offer flexible working concepts today. According to an IWG survey from 2018, eight out of ten people would currently refuse a job that does not allow flexible working options. In addition, 93% of the Swiss are convinced that flexible workplaces lead to greater productivity.
Another advantage of flexible work is its positive contribution to the environment. According to a study by Nielson, an international market research institute, 81% of consumers today are convinced that companies should help tackle important sustainability issues such as climate change. In Switzerland, co-working could save 18 million hours of travelling time each year and thus reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1 million tons annually by 2030.
