The new Accenture Interactive Studio was inaugurated on Wednesday, announced Accenture in a statement. It will allow clients to get hands on and try out new technologies, with the aim of quickly building and testing prototypes.
Part of the centre is the Fjord Design Studio, where designers and creative technologists develop mobile apps and other digital services.
The hub also comprises the Liquid Studio, where customers receive support developing solutions based on artificial intelligence, blockchain or cloud, and a third area serving the development of virtual reality applications.
“Our clients expect us to guide them through their digital transformation journeys, and this starts with reimagining the customer experience,” commented Thomas Meyer, country managing director Accenture Switzerland.
He added: “By setting up the Innovation Hub as a co-location and bringing diverse teams together, we enable easy collaboration and rapid ideation across a variety of Accenture’s disciplines and skill sets from which our clients will benefit as they seek to drive customer-centric innovation.”
The Innovation Hub further expands Accenture’s presence in Switzerland. In 2016, the company opened its first Accenture Fjord Studio in Zurich. The new centre is located close to Accenture’s headquarters on Fraumünsterstrasse.
