Agno TI – Mikron has received this year’s MM Award for its rotary transfer machine Mikron MultiX. The award was presented at the EMO Hannover 2019 trade fair for the metalworking industry.

Mikron has been showcasing its new rotary transfer machine at the EMO in Hanover, Germany. The Mikron MultiX can be easily and quickly adapted to any machine configuration. The innovative platform is capable of producing from 50 to 5 million parts, depending on requirements. A patent registration has been filed for this novel concept that enables simple reconfiguration for specific applications. The Mikron MultiX is made by the company’s Mikron Machining division, which is based in Agno.

According to industry experts, this new machine is the best in its class, and it has now received recognition with the MM Award in the machine tools category. The MM Award is presented by the trade journal MM in the context of the EMO Hanover. The trade fair for the metalworking industry is on until 21 September.
