Veezoo has developed a conversational artificial intelligence solution for businesses that is able to analyze and visualize large data volumes. The results can then be used to facilitate fact-based decision-making in marketing. Users can simply enter a question into the input field and the intelligent software provides an answer based on the available data.
Baloise is now looking to use the Vezoo solution to strengthen its marketing and sales activities. It also wants to increase process efficiency and free up time that can be diverted to other work, according to a company statement.
“We were impressed by the speed at which data is acquired, by the support this provides for data-driven decisions and by the efficiency gains made, and as a result we entered into a partnership with this promising business start-up,” said Torsten Warnecke from Baloise.
Veezoo is a spin-off of the Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich. In 2015 it became the first startup to participate in the F10 fintech incubator and was later named the best Swiss fintech startup at the Kickstart Accelerator programme from digitalswitzerland. Veezoo has also collaborated with the insurance firm Axa to test its software in a pilot project.
