Zurich – The organisation Swiss Finance Startups has successfully hosted its first Swiss Fintech Fair, attracting 46 exhibitors to the event. As the partnering country, Singapore attended the fair with an official delegation.

On 16 October, the startup organisation Swiss Finance Startups launched its first Fintech Fair in Switzerland. This was hosted in the course of the third Swiss Fintech Days. According to a press release, the event – of which UBS was the main sponsor – drew in more than 500 visitors and 46 exhibitors, including fintechs such as AdNovumloanbooxCrypto Finance and Sonect.

In coordination with the Singpore Fintech Association, Singapore was selected as the partnering country of the Fintech Fair and consequently sent an official delegation to attend.

The organisers gave a positive verdict, with the Fintech Fair greatly exceeding their expectations. “We have received amazing feedback from those who helped organise and attendees, which shows that our chosen fair concept was spot on,” said Christina Kehl, Managing Director and Member of the Board at Swiss Finance Startups.
