根据洛桑国际管理发展学院（IMD）发布的《2024年IMD世界人才排名》新闻稿，瑞士仍然是最善于培养本土人才的国家。在2024年的排名中，瑞士再次在67个国家中名列第一，新加坡第二，卢森堡第三。
根据最新一期的人才排名，瑞士在投资与发展、吸引力方面名列第一、人才准备度方面名列第三。此外，瑞士在生活质量、法定最低工资和医疗基础设施效率方面也处于领先地位。该国在私营部门员工培训方面排名第二，在学徒计划实施方面排名第一，在员工积极性方面排名第二。
然而，瑞士在优先吸引和留住人才的指标上却停滞不前。女性劳动者的比例（仅占总劳动人口的 30%）是一个相对薄弱的环节，根据 IMD 的数据，瑞士的小学和中学教育质量分别排名第 38 位和第 31 位。
报告补充称，理科毕业生比例（第 26 位）和劳动力增长（第 20 位）也会对瑞士未来的人才竞争力产生负面影响。
