Greater Zurich Area: A magnet for internationally oriented companies

The Greater Zurich Area is increasingly becoming a strategic location for companies consolidating their global or international functions here. Only around ten percent of firms focus solely on the Swiss market - the majority operate internationally.

Driven by digitalization, automation, and global competitive pressure, many companies are adopting lean, agile structures. While this tends to result in fewer new jobs, the positions created are highly skilled, knowledge-intensive, and internationally oriented - generating high added value.

The region scores with its innovative strength, excellent infrastructure, and high quality of life - ideal conditions for forward-thinking companies looking to grow globally.
