Zurich/Düsseldorf - Visoon Video Impact will from now on be using an administration solution developed by the AdTech platform goTom, based in the Greater Zurich Area. The goTom solution will enable the joint venture between Axel Springer and Paramount to handle customer support and order management activities for advertisers and agencies.

Visoon Video Impact will from now on being using the order management solution from goTom to deliver its digital Visoon inventory, the Zurich-based AdTech platform has announced in a press release. The German joint venture between Axel Springer and Paramount, which specializes in marketing, can therefore handle customer support and order management for advertisers and agencies as well as programmatic orders and direct campaigns without having to change software or interfaces. “By switching to our specialized cloud solution, Visoon can greatly simplify the already high complexity of digital marketing”, comments Alban Grossenbacher, CEO and co-founder of goTom, in the press release.

From planning to invoicing, all booking steps can be carried out on a single platform. The order management solution can also be used to automatically pay out credit notes.

“The change from our previous order management system to the Swiss software platform was a seamless process - and actually a lot faster than expected”, says Visoon CTO Michael Möller, before adding: “We now control everything via a single interface and have an overview of everything via the dashboard at all times”.
