Schlieren - Giants Software is set to launch the new Farming Simulator 25 on November 12. The game will feature Asian farming and provide gameplay and tech upgrades.

Game developer Giants Software, which is based in Schlieren in the canton of Zurich in Switzerland, is to launch the new Farming Simulator 25. The release for PCs and consoles is scheduled for November 12. According to a press release, the new Farming Simulator 25 will provide access to Asian farming and over 400 machines, new plants and animals, as well as other new features.

“Farming is a passion shared by many, both in real life and virtually,” says Christian Ammann, CEO of Giants Software. “Farming Simulator 25 enhances the series with deeper gameplay and greater immersion, becoming the favorite hobby for both experienced farmers and beginners.” He adds that Giants cultivates this passion by providing a relaxing, family-friendly and rewarding experience.

In terms of the content of the new Farming Simulator 25, it will offer virtual farmers a North American environment with lots of open space and a central European setting with green fields, as well as the new rice-paddy-strewn East Asian landscape, explains the press release. Gameplay upgrades include new crops, with a choice of 20 now available. There have also been tech upgrades in the areas of machines, fields and visuals. This video offers a first look at the new simulator.
