Zurich – In a round of financing, Evenito has raised CHF 1.7 million. The fledgling company is developing software to make it easier to organize events. The new money is earmarked for further development of the product and to drive international expansion.

Evenito is developing software for event managers, which aims to decrease administrative outlays when organizing events and to simplify planning overall. According to the start-up, this software can be used for small events as well as for large events with over 2,000 participants.

Evenito was able to convince several private investors with its software: In a first round of funding, the start-up amassed CHF 1.7 million in fresh capital according to a press release. The intention is for this to drive international expansion and product development.

According to information from the company, Evenito’s software is already being used by over 200 companies in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Its customers include Swiss Life, Oracle, Breitling, and Allergan.

Evenito was founded in Zurich in 2016 and now has offices in the United Kingdom and Germany as well. The third site in London is scheduled to open this month. The founders are still seeking additional investors to drive international expansion and development further.
