Amprion turns to Hitachi Energy
Zurich/Dortmund - Hitachi Energy has been commissioned to deliver four converter stations to Amprion. The German transmission system operator will use these to transport wind energy from the North Sea coast to the Ruhr Region. In addition, Hitachi Energy is set to offer service solutions as well. The contract is valued at 2 billion euros.
Zurich Airport to launch self-driving shuttle bus
Kloten/Schaffhausen/San José - Flughafen Zürich AG is investing in a pilot project involving a self-driving shuttle bus with space for nine people. According to current plans, this will be put into service in the next few months. The Californian pioneer WeRide has been selected as technology provider.
