SWISS becomes first airline to take to the skies with shark-inspired tech
Kloten/Miami - SWISS has become the world’s first passenger airline to deploy AeroSHARK technology. A film applied to the fuselage and engine nacelles replicates the properties of shark skin to help cut carbon emissions. The first regular scheduled SWISS flight has now been equipped with the technology.
