Schlieren/Billerica - The Bruker Corporation with headquarters in the U.S. state of Massachusetts and Biognosys AG from Schlieren in the Greater Zurich Area have announced a strategic partnership. As part of this, Bruker has made a majority-ownership investment in the biotech company.

Zug - The U.S. management consulting firm Kearney honored the Siemens factory in the Greater Zurich Area with the Factory of the Year award in recognition of its supply chain resilience. It was recognized for its resilience in manufacturing, focus on sustainability and cost management.

Altdorf/Wiesbaden - The German firm DG Nexolution has acquired a stake in Swiss Wood Solutions. Together, the two partners intend to commercialize the innovation developed by the Empa spin-off around the world: a plastic-free, biodegradable payment card made from wood.

Pfäffikon - The Swiss Hashgraph Association, which is based in the Greater Zurich Area, is supporting a total of 35 projects that aim to develop innovative applications on the Hedera network. The blockchain funding program is being operated together with the Swiss Digital Assets Institute.

Lachen/Atlanta - Banyan Software, the US technology firm based in Atalanta, Georgia, has acquired Element34. The provider of computer programs to manage Selenium grid infrastructure from the Greater Zurich Area believes Banyan to be the ideal partner to realize the long-term potential of the company.

Zurich/Suzhou - The Chinese chemicals firm Jiangsu Eastern Shenghong has offered its GDRs on the SIX Swiss Exchange. In so doing, the company has raised around 718.3 million US dollars. The fresh capital is to be invested in expanding production capacities, among other aspects.

Zurich/Aarau - Coop Rechtsschutz AG is seeking to simplify and accelerate access to legal services through the use of Artificial Intelligence. To this end, the insurance group is joining forces with the AI Center of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. The partners will aim to open up new fields of research together.
