Wollerau/Berg/Dubai - Beaconsmind has agreed a takeover deal for Swissnet AG, Swissnet ICT and Lokalee. In so doing, beaconsmind is accelerating its strategic realignment from a single-product company to a comprehensive provider of IT infrastructure and SaaS solutions. In 2025, beaconsmind will be rebranded as the Swissnet Group.
RoBoa, Oxyle and Bystronic win the Swiss Technology Award

ABB to build components for ESA climate satellites
